Increased security measures make your travel days even longer. You have certainly earned a few days free for relaxation and to further enjoy our wonderful island.

As always, we will be the sole housing agent for the meeting. If you choose to use your own travel agent or book housing for yourself, we will ask you to pay a much larger registration fee. We depend on commissions paid by hotels and villa agencies to help underwrite our programs. We use the best villa agencies on the island and we can book you into almost any hotel.
 

The hotels: Village St. Jean, Christopher, Les Ondines. Tropical Hotel and Emeraude Plage are available. 
 

Villa rentals are more and more popular with our returning people. If you want to stay in a villa, it is very important that you contact us immediately. The agencies use a system whereby they give this year’s renters first call on their villas for next year. Therefore, many are already rented. Of course, during the year before the meeting, many are still not reserved. We will survey what is available in your size and price category and advise you as soon as possible.

Our agencies have web sites that you can visit to see the houses. Sibarth’s/Wimco,  New Agency, Marla Agency and St. Barth Properties. Please call us or email us with your choices.  We will ask you to send a deposit directly to the ageny and you will be responsible to us only for our registration fee.

As always, we will offer a world class meeting in one of the most beautiful places. We will be available to help you now and during the conference. We want you to enjoy our island as much as we do and we look forward to making you into new lovers of St. Barth!
